Venerable Shi Fa Zhi 释法志 holds a Diploma from the Perak Institute of Art and an M.A. in Teaching Chinese and a Second Language from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages and trained under a Buddhist Temple in Taiwan, before returing to Malaysia to reside at Ti-Ratana. She also runs our cat shelter.
