# Ti-Ratana Heights — reconstruction brief, corrected 28 September 2026

This revision supersedes the detached-dining and side-roof interpretation in earlier prompts and illustrations.

Read spatial-layout.json version 1.3. Preserve source room polygons and original plan orientation. The drawing describes room outlines, not all covered exterior connections. User confirmation and exterior video 77–83s establish the continuous connection.

MANDATORY TOPOLOGY: main two-storey hall → open-sided roofed dining/gathering area → administration office block. These join continuously. No driveway or landscaped gap between the hall and gathering area. The gathering area has a roof on columns and open sides; do not make it another enclosed house. Administration is the connected single-storey block beyond it. Its gabled entrance faces the gate end.

Do not reproduce the misplaced narrow grey side-roof strip from v2/v3. The earlier interpretation that this meant an unroofed space between hall and service blocks was wrong. A BROAD shallow-pitched grey corrugated metal canopy on steel supports covers most of the area between main hall (1), kitchen (5) and washrooms (4). Leave narrow edge gaps, not an open plaza. Evidence: IMG_7168 and 172430 video, corroborated by under-canopy 171827 video 10–15s. Keep the arrival forecourt by shrine and gate uncovered. The hall has sliding glazed access in its actual facade beside the gathering area; exact door centre and width are unknown. Do not add a porch or relocate doors for visual symmetry.

Keep kitchen, washrooms, main hall, office, Bodhi shrine, bell and gate in their established relative areas. Distinguish dining from administration. Bodhi pavilion has low red-tile roof, cream columns/eaves, glass-protected white Buddha and tree behind. Gate is plain black/grey swing metal on cream piers; bell has its separate dark red frame.

Artwork: detailed aerial watercolor, cream walls/red tiles/grey metal/red-grey paving, no baked-in text or markers. Show the open gathering connection clearly. Roof geometry remains illustrative. No invented paths, door openings, steps, emergency routes or access claims.

Future 3D: retain room polygons, connection graph and evidence timestamps. Set unmeasured dimensions null. Get scale, heights, roof outlines and door measurements before a metrically accurate navigable model. OSM is approximate independent context, not registered to the floorplan. Do not trace geographic trails from aggregate workout distance or video perspective; no personal health data in public outputs.

## Illustration control, 28 September 2026

Use illustration-control.png as the primary composition reference, with junction-77.jpg and the exterior photographs for materials. It projects the source-plan building envelopes into a 1560 × 1000 image (SVG viewBox 670 680 1350 865). Preserve their relative positions and proportions, particularly the large main hall. Use a steep overhead view with only shallow visible facades, so unmeasured door positions need not be invented. Remove all control-diagram labels from the artwork.

The yellow connection is a topology guide: it must read as an open-sided, roofed connection between hall and office. Its inferred boundary is not surveyed. Interior room divisions must not become roof cuts. The dining connector and the broad hall-to-service-block canopy are distinct roof areas. The latter must be present between landmarks 1, 5 and 4. Roof profiles, eaves, heights, planting and the gate/bell's precise coordinates remain interpretive. Retain source geometry and unknown values in spatial-layout.json for any future 3D model; do not measure the illustration as though it were a survey.

## Broad canopy correction

The grey dashed area in illustration-control.svg/png is a schematic roof-coverage envelope, inferred between source-plan building outlines. It is not a measured roof polygon. Keep existing building footprints fixed. The canopy sits beside the two-storey hall at approximately its upper-window zone, with slender steel columns and open sides. Show narrow daylight gaps beside the kitchen/washrooms. Do not move the blocks together to fake this relationship. Do not add walls, doors or another building.

## Canopy length and shrine spacing — latest correction

The canopy longitudinal span must match main hall (1). It does NOT extend into dining (3) or administration (8) forecourt. Remove all excess roof and support columns past the hall ends. Retain broad depth towards kitchen/washrooms, and narrow roof-edge gaps. Keep the office continuously joined through dining. Give the separate Bodhi shrine slightly more paved separation from the office than v6 artwork. These are relative spatial constraints; the immutable source-plan polygons and unmeasured metric values remain unchanged.
